Consultation sessions are held together with our customers to discuss design, product sketches, measurements, sizes, product functions, etc.
We take extra care to ensure that the material is undamaged and that the slab is in excellent condition. for example, the stone's uneven or yellowish colour.
To figure out how many templates or sizes can fit in a single stone slab, estimate the layout for each design template on the slab.
Utilizing a CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machine—a type of machines suitable for cutting stone—cut according to measured template size. We can obtain an exact cut for the template or item size by using this machine.
Afterwards, we will draw the outline template based on parts that have been cut and cut it to fit its measurements.
One of the subsequent steps is to attach the required components, such as Daimao. Furthermore, we router the Daimao-containing area to get a more sophisticated finish and remove the glue residue from the patch. This method is usually applied to the part that only has Daimao.
We use machines and specific tools, like diamond polish pads, to polish the stone surface and countertop edge to give them a smooth finish and surface.
Moreover, we seam phantom the edges of the stone ground to remove the microchipping and achieve the best and tightest seam possible. This gives you a finished product where the seam should fit nicely together, not drawing attention to it.
The final step in the process is inspection of the stones. The stone fabricator will ensure the edges are uniform around all sides of the stone(s). Then they will be reviewed from multiple angles to make sure the light is bouncing off the edges uniformly, and the colour of the top of the stone and the edges match perfectly.
